Before and after photos of what the new unit looks like now that Charlie has put it all together and fixed to the wall.

1) Moving glasses and crockery into the new unit left me a floor standing cupboard free to put the crockpot and steamer off of the counter and into the cupboard.

2) I was also able to clear the opposite counter (not in view) off giving more space for food prep, by moving the tea making over to the side next to the new storage.

3) The large rubbish bin I have now moved into the bathroom and using as a laundry bin.  I wasn't actually using that bin anyway, much prefering to put the rubbish into a small bags and taking it to the dustbins outside as needed.

Yup, and the other side is bare now (apart from the toaster) as well due to being able to move the tea making paraphanalia over.

Now I need to sort my bathroom out for storage.

Amazing what a difference one shelf unit can make space wise.

Yup I agree. I can't believe how excited I am to have just one extra unit, lol. It also means that I don't have to keep bending up and down to get out the crocks from a floor unit.
