Good morning everyone. Happy St.Patrick's day. Nothing planned here except cooking out and a bonfire. Have a good one. Hugs

I was hoping for a quiet day today but the workmen showed up with their drills at 8am. I was not amused.

I would be pretty annoyed too Wendy.

Natalie I completely ignored St Pats day this year and just had a quiet night in.

Elaine I will be looking for those exercises this week. Yes some of them are really good and help me a lot so here's hoping it will help you to.

I did see online that there is more snow in the UK so I guess Sandy is still hibernating LOL.

I spend the weekend at my friend's place again and got pampered again to. Not knocking it one bit Smile When I got home one of my lovely neighbours stood outside waiting for me and I spend hours at hers talking and having coffee.
Does me good to not sit so much in front of the computer and while the weather is still glorious here I spend as much time as I can outdoors.

Martha, I found some stuff online but most are not something I can do. One or two of the exercises might help me though. Thank you for telling me there is such a thing

We had a lot of snow Friday night/Saturday Martha. Blowing horizontally in a biting easterly wind so lots of deep drifts. A bit more fresh stuff yesterday but nothing like as much. Temp is supposed to rise to about 5C today though so it should all be gone soon.

I need to get some cleaning done up here this morning but I'm very unenthusiastic about getting started. I also need to go and post a birthday card and buy some more stamps. I might leave that until later and hope the footpaths thaw. Lunch with my sis later so I do need to kick myself into gear.

Anyways, morning guys, I've had 9 hours sleep last night, had breakfast on my usual with my morning pills, then had gone out for an espresso with extra milk. With my saved change, had an old-fashioned doughnut, after I still had change left, so had treated myself to 2 Lindt's dark chocolate pieces with a 0,45$ total. Had taken a shower just now and am going to have lunch late.

Sad I would be cuddled up in blankets as well. Don't do snow very well. Keep warm Sandy!

Snow has gone except a few stubborn patches where it drifted and got no sun on it yesterday. Chilly but sunny and dry this morning.

I'm going to get some cleaning done downstairs this morning and then visiting my brother who will no doubt have something that needs "fixing" on his computer. He's had one for over a decade now but is still as computer illiterate as the day he got one. lol It's broken means he doesn't know how to do something on it.

I would do a Sandy  Rolling Eyes and hibernate till the cold and snow has eased lol.

Trying to bring the enthusiasm to hang my washing on the line. It's been a hot few days so I hang my washing out overnight.

Natasja is of to Bali tomorrow morning and other then that my other 2 have been very quiet lately.
Jeremy has started Uni again and Catherine is working hard.

Don't mind it at all as I am spending my time with friends or have a lazy day in.

Hi morning everyone, my college mate had surprisingly paid for me again, so I had still some money left for me. I've slept around 6 hours last night, had gone out for an Irish cream coffee, a coffee yogurt, a gummy bears pack for a dollar, a chocolate bio and organic soy milk for 0,99$ and some free candies and chocolates and a water bottle from Pandora. I guess they had been trying to attract more customers by giving away freebies. I loved their mint candies and Hershey's kisses.

Good evening♥️
I'm enjoying some time alone, doing some FB, will empty and clean the vacuum cleaner and then will vacuum my room. Everything else is done. YAY So I can enjoy an evening of watching TV shows. Right now I'm watching episodes of Brittanica which so far is really cool. Have a great night and maybe I'll see you all tomorrow. Oh ya, By the way, the sciatica is getting better each day no matter what the weather is doing. I've been eating a lot more raw food. It works for me. I'm super stoked about that, let me tell ya♥️ love you!♥️

Sheesh. I slept for five hours intermittently and the only place I'm going today is grocery shopping. lol It's rainy and quite windy and cold. My daughter is coming tomorrow for an overnight stay so once the shopping is done I'm planning a quiet day today.

Anyways, morning guys, I've slept 10 hours last night. Had my usual breakfast with my morning pills, had gone out for an Americano Bianco at Starbucks' and a coffee yogurt. After that, I've lunched on a ham, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes sandwich with lemon iced tea, had taken a shower, trimmed and done my nails in a baby pink gel, have changed homewear and am now on my routine forums.

Hello everyone.
Soooooo busy.  I am taking an arthritic aquatic class 3 mornings a week.  We bought w new home...NO STEPS...hooray...but its so hard to leave here.  The city had aclog in their sewer yesterday and so we had backup in the basement.  Nothing was ruined, it only got half the floor about an inch.  But hubby cleaned all night with bleach.  We spent the day going through everything throwing away since we are moving anyway.   Hubby starts treatments Apr. 4th. After he is done I start injections in my knees.  The swimming class is helping a lot.  I also need cataract surgery but I will have to get to that later.  We close on the house Apr 30th but wont be moving until Ken is done with treatments or maybe earlier if he feels OK. Hius treatments are not suppose to make him sick but we did read it may cause flu like symptoms.
Where is Spring at?  It's not in Illinois I will tell you that...must run. Never a dull moment in this house.

Oh so you won that battle TaraLynn. lol Good for you. I hope the treatments and move go well. It's a lot to deal with all at once but having no steps will be great.

Hey morning everyone, I've slept about 6 hours last night, had breakfast on a milk and whole grain bread with blueberry jam and milk with my morning pills, had set out for a coffee and a bagel cream cheese, but hadn't wanted to stay out that long so I had taken the underground subway, had been sexually harassed by a homeless person telling me "I love you" and "Will you be my wife?" to me. Had filed a police report against him and they've put a restraining order on him, so yeah, my morning had been a roller coaster. The now had just taken a shower and will be chilling with some Chinese green tea.

Tara happy to hear you're getting your house with no steps Smile Try and take it easy or as easy can be with all that lays ahead of you. Treatment for hubby and you with bad knees is more then enough to cope with. Hope all goes well!

Wendy I've had interrupted sleep the last week or so and it has stuffed my days; in that I don't know what day it is anymore LOL. Snoozing during the day is making it worse so I really need to snap myself out of that habit again.

Elaine so happy to hear the sciatica is a bit better to cope with Smile I love you

Naiwen it's always scary when some stranger approaches you like that; be careful going out on your own.

I see Sandy still hasn't been in to post .... Sandy where are you?

Take your time snapping yourself out of it Martha. A bit longer won't hurt but I know what you mean. An erratic sleep pattern can get very confusing.

Had a nice catch up with my sister and her daughter came for lunch too. I haven't seen my niece for a while because she changed jobs in December and rarely has a Monday off now. She used to be fairly regular at our Monday get togethers. My sister trimmed my hair so I can see again. Off to my brother's this afternoon. The weather was frosty and sunny yesterday and today it's pouring down and windy.

Not like Sandy to be missing for this long. I hope everything is OK with her.

Nighty night all, last night I've slept about 12.5 hours. Had my usual breakfast with my morning pills, then had gone out for a fish n chips at local fish n chips bar, had treated myself to an iced coffee, had shopped around a little and then I'm home from my exhausting day out!
