| If you only had to eat 3 things for the rest of your life, what would they be? |

| I love fis'n'chips but only from the chippy, not home cooked.
Oatmeal Anne?? Really? Porridge was something that we were just forced to eat as kids. It was foul.
Although funnily enough I do like the instant sachets that one just ads milk to and then microwaves for 2 minutes. I do enjoy the golden syrup one. |

| I loath avocados. I've only had them once as a starter with a prawn/seafood mixture. I wish I could eat them as they are so good for us.
One thing I have to admit is that I am a typical Brit over, and that's when I have a curry and rice I also love my chips (fries) with them. |

| I love avocado's and eat them daily as they are indeed very good for you. I put them in salads and on toast with a little black pepper and sea salt. And if I don't eat toast I have oatmeal lol. |

| I don't mind the taste of avocados but I dislike the texture. They're fattening too Sandy despite being good for you. |

| Now that surprises me. A vegatable that's fattening. Mind you they are very oily aren't they. It's probably the texture that way puts me off.
There are many foods I can't eat because of the texture. |

| Actually avocado's are not fattening as the fats in them are good for our bodies and get broken down easily and absorbed, unlike other fats. Another good and healthy breakfast is Banana Egg pancakes. All you do is mush up 1 banana with 2 eggs .. give it a good stir/mix and then fry it like you do a pancake! It's very light to eat and taste delicious |

| So it's good fat? Lots of people don't realise that our body needs lots of good fat.
I still haven't tried that Banana Egg Pancakes. Now that I am able to eat solid food again without being ill I will give those a shot. |

Yes, that is true. I love avocado's, but I don't eat them as often as I should. I love them in salads. Another good fat is coconut oil. I eat a tablespoon of it per day. It kills the bad bacteria in the gut. |

| I have to say that there are more and more people living to 100 and into their late 90s.
All those people didn't bother about what food was good and what wasn't. They worked hard, drank, smoked and goodness knows what else. They just lived.
They are also now beginning to think that all this having short bursts of exercise to exercise the heart is also bull. Because a heart only has so many beats in it, so it doesn't matter if you speed it up with hard exercise or not.
I do think strength and supple exercises are needed though. But as for jogging and running, I honestly think one does more damage to their bodies with all of that.
I think everything in moderation. A little of what you fancy does you good. But worrying about what we eat and how much exercise we get just causes so much stress that it makes one ill. |

| I go to the health club 4 times a week to work out. I don't work out more than 20 minutes to 45 min. I will do short bursts of walking really fast on the treadmill, and I also work out with the machines 3 times a week. I'm in the best shape I've ever been.
I do feel hereditary/genes has a lot to do with how long we live, too. |

| I went to Fat Burgers once and ordered a fish and chip meal and OMG I couldn't have asked for a better meal than that, you literally get what you pay for there.
My bf, Joe and were so happy and stuffed when we were done we waddled out of there. lol |
